Project Description:
A new estate on a former Network Rail site consisting of 35 apartments and 18 houses for affordable rent and shared ownership. The construction of a new access road, parking spaces, bicycle spaces and playground created a new community in Kent. Our scope of works on this scheme includes 3 RC frames, 2 of which are only first floor podium decks, and the 3rd being a 7 storey frame.
