P. Colohan & Co. Ltd is delivering the groundworks and reinforced concrete frame for Bugler Developments' Falling Lane scheme in West Drayton, a £19.5 million development of 50 affordable rent apartments for the London Borough of Hillingdon.
The scheme will provide much-needed affordable housing for the local community. Our work includes the substructure, drainage, RC frame and the hard landscaping.
Falling Lane is the latest project in our long-standing relationship with Bugler Developments, and adds to our growing record of residential and affordable housing work across West London. The development is due to complete in October 2027.
