Client: Bugler Developments Ltd | End client: London Borough of Wandsworth
P. Colohan & Co. Ltd is delivering the groundworks and reinforced concrete frame for Bugler Developments' The Alders scheme in Streatham. The £17.3 million development will provide 34 new homes at London Affordable Rent for the London Borough of Wandsworth: 30 apartments and 4 houses.
The Alders adds much-needed high-quality affordable housing to the borough. Our work includes the substructure, drainage, RC frame, and hard landscaping.
The Alders is another project in our ongoing work with Bugler Developments and adds to our record of affordable housing across London. The development is due to complete in May 2027.
