The project will transform what was originally used as a buildings yard, with a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom properties and 155sqm commercial space created on the site. The new homes will be a mixture of affordable (shared ownership, or affordable rent) & outright sale.
Our scope on this scheme includes the enabling works inclusive of the piling mat, piling attendance, groundworks inclusive of all drainage and services, and the RC frame to Block A.
