Plumstead

The project provides 119 affordable housing homes surrounding a South facing courtyard with a secure children’s play area. The development will include 50% affordable housing, outright sale and commercial space with two areas of commercial floor space for shops, restaurants and cafes. The 20 storey concrete frame is constructed above a basement level car park with our package consisting of the reinforced concrete works for the substructure and superstructure packages as well as the excavation, drainage and services works.
